Frustrated with posting pictures

Every time i post a picture in a thread it's on its side and always super large. How do i fix this. Example picture below. Pictures are shot with an iPhone 6s.

I’ve never had an issue using the app Tapatalk to post replies or pics. I personally can’t stand the desktop version. Just my .02 worth.
