Selling these in an "as is" condition. The passenger side housing takes in a slight amount of moisture (cloudy + condensation) in rainy conditions so you would need to open it and re-seal the edges with silicone. They are 4 years old so they show normal signs of UV wear- I recommend giving them a good detail before installing them.
I will ship at buyers expense (via the boxes/packaging the new ones came in from Toyota) but my guess is that it will cost $20-$25 per headlight.
$50 cash or "PayPal Gift" takes the pair in their current condition. I feel that is more than fair since they go for as much as $150+ per headlight in comparable condition on eBay. Local pick-up is always preferred so you can examine them for yourself.
