Fs: 1985 SR5 4Runner 4X4 Low Miles

I am selling my 85 4Runner. It is loaded with all options. Lifted with new 33" BFG Mud Terrain tires. Waren winch, Tube front and back bumpers, 5 speed, Locker in the rear, EFI, Solid axel, new carpet, JUST OVER 75,000 ORIGINAL MILES. New Battery, New Hands free BT Stereo with amp and speakers, New Slave cylinder, New master cylinder, New Lucas oil in T-Case and axels, etc. Truck runs great, no rust.

Asking: If you are interested in this Toyota email me your reasonable offer and I will consider it.

You will never find another 4Runner, this desirable year, with this low of original miles. No the ODO was not rolled back.

I thought for sure there would be a ton of people on this site that would see this 4Runner and freak out by the low miles and no issues with this truck. I have looked at several others for sale on the site and they don't come close to how well this truck has been taken care of. I got this truck from a friend that had stored it for over 15 years. I put a few $ into fixing the dried seals and rubber, and have been driving it for around two years with no problems. I own too many vehicles and my wife wants me to sell a few. This one just happens to not be needed at this time. This is an original Southern California vehicle and I don't believe it has ever left the state.

It's a beauty for sure and my ideal 4runner. How many years did it sit for because with 75K, either it sat for several years (which is not any better than high miles) or the odo got turned back. I'm sure you'll sell it, but wow, $7500?

OK so this is the deal, the truck did sit for a few years at my buddies warehouse. When I got it I changed out all the usual suspects like a new master cylinder, slave cylinder, battery, new tires etc. to make the truck reliable. I agree that sitting a vehicle is almost as bad as putting extreme miles on it, but it is easier to fix a stored vehicle than it is to repair excessive abuse from high miles.

I really want this 4-Runner to go to someone that will appreciate it. The price I was asking was a suggestion from a friend based on what the truck is. I have had a few low ball offers sent to me via email. I have decided to change the asking price to a "Make Offer" price and see if I can get a reasonable offer for this 4-Runner. I will sell it to the person I believe will appreciate the Toyota the most with an offer that makes sense.
