Thanks Ron, I would not be selling it if not for the fact that we have a new little munchkin in the household, and the 2-door is just not cutting it.
There was talk of a mini-van, so something had to be done ASAP, which resulted in me picking up a 2000 runner 3RZ 5 speed 4WD, basically an updated version of the 88 runner. Would love to keep both of them but economics do not allow, so its on the selling block!

I love how those rear seatbelt latches tuck into the rear seats for when you are folding them down.
Don't you have a 2nd gen too? or am I mixing up members?

The rear seat belts are actually a torture device that gradually tighten/ratchet up as passengers shift around, until you can barely breath. Very funky design.
No I went straight from a 1st to a 3rd gen. Not a big fan of the 2nd gen- the 22RE isn't enough to move them very well and the V6 is a real gas hog, with HG issues to boot.
