I spent about $50 on gas yesterday driving around Houston and rummaged through about 20 3rd Gens. I found these 5 smaller items pictured below which may be of some use to you. If you are planning on adding an exterior snorkel soon you will probably need an inner fender tube and an elbow (if you don't already have one). The condition of A, B and C is outstanding. D works fine, but the plastic is slightly warped. Each one has two OEM bolts which are included.
The little plastic plug (E) is something I saw on a tow hitch on a Red 1998 4Runner as I was leaving the last salvage yard. I wouldn't think that it is rare, but I've never seen one on a 4Runner before. Probably similar to the rubber cup holder inserts - they sort of disappear or get lost over time. It is a TOYOTA part and fits snugly inside the end of the tow hitch. Besides looking sharp it actually serves a purpose - it keeps water, moisture, varmits, and debris from entering your hitch and potentially causing rust from the inside.
Item (F) is two tan cargo cover mounts/holders. These are for the 2001-2002 cargo covers with the rounded bracket inserts. All 4 OEM mounting screws are included.
