Michelin cross country tires installed about 4K miles ago. Clean history, all maintenance is current, records available. Truck now has 75K miles and runs perfect. Two sets of floor mats, factory and Weather tech.

KBB private party sale value is $20,500. Asking $20K. Located at zip 85935

Kelly inflates it's values.Go to Edmonds and get a value on your truck. It will get you closer to real values.I recently sold a 2006 Limited 4wd with 70 k for $18,500.

Wow, who ever bought your truck got a great deal!

I took your advice and got a TMV from Edmunds. It came in at slightly over $18K, private party, considering the options over and above the Limited package, Navigation, moonroof, side curtain airbags and mileage adjustment. Nevertheless, you are correct, my asking price is too high according to Edmunds.

Does $18,000 - OBO raise any interest?

Mmmmm?!:wink2:

Were all the maintanance performed at a Toyota dealership?
Thanks,

Regular maintenance, oil and filter changes, were performed by me. Front CV boots and a window switch replacement were performed by Toyota dealers. I use Valvoline oil and Toyota filters. There are still a couple new oil filters left that will go with the truck.

I am the second owner. The first owner was (so I'm told) an executive type that bought the truck in southern California then moved to Phoenix where it was traded in. Records on Toyota.com go back to March 2005 and 9800 miles. I bought it 04/23/2008 with 43417 miles.

I have not done any off roading and seriously doubt the previous owner did any either. My wife and I are retired so the truck spends more time in the garage than on the road.

There is one problem you should know about, the CD player wont read a CD anymore. It will play for a short time then reports a disc error. Other than that the vehicle is 100% mechanically and cosmetically.

Oops! looks like I lied about the tire data. Going through the records, they were installed at Costco on 1/05/2010 at 60731 miles. That means the tires actually have almost 15K miles on them. There is still lots of tread left, those Michelins wear like iron.

What were the regular maintanance besides the oil changes? Has the timing belt been change? Thanks.

Oil changes, greasing the drive shaft & U-joints and replacing the differential and transfer case fluids with Amsoil synthetic.

The timing belt has not been changed.

Up to date pictures would be helpful.:wink2:

Is there a particular part you want to see? I'm in a bit of a difficult situation with the weather. We got 2.5 feet of snow here three days ago and the roads are all slop. I hate winter for trying to keep a car clean and I don't like car washes because they never do as good a job as one can do themselves. Nevertheless, when the roads clean up and it warms up a bit, I'll get the runner cleaned up and shoot whatever you want to see.

The exterior was given a clay bar cleaning and wax job this summer. The leather has been maintained with Lexol 3 times a year. When she's cleaned up, she still looks as good as the originally referenced referenced pics. There are no dents, dings or rust. The leather is all good with no cracks or worn spots.

I just wanted to see an up-to-date picture:wink2: of the 4Runner to compare with the other 4runner I'm looking at. Thanks.

I went to the car wash two days ago and got it washed but couldn't avoid the street slop getting back home so its dirty again and I don't want to post pictures of a dirty truck. That's probably not what you want to see either. Thats the thing I hate about winter is trying to keep the cars clean.

My 4Runner is sold.

I need a truck to tow a 13,000 lb fifth wheel trailer and wound up with a GMC diesel. What a disappointment. Man I wish Toyota made a diesel pickup, GM wouldn't even generate my curiosity.
