Why are you selling it?

Two primary reasons for anyone wanting to know the same thing:
1. I bought this truck when I traveled for work (nationally @ 100% of my time) so I only drove to/from airport (LAX). Now that I am not traveling, I face a 31 mile commute each way, each day: M-F. Just not the cost conscience choice going forward. And....
2. The parking garage at my new building location does not allow for the "tall" vehicle on any floor other than the first level (which is mostly dedicated to executive management/VP parking). So there is a logistical "fit" issue as well.

This has been my third Toyota (2001 Tacoma, 2010 Tacoma before) and I'm sure I'll be back in a Toyota truck; but probably as a second vehicle and not for a year or two.
