1990 Toyota 4runner V6 5-speed 4x4:
Located in Gainesville, FL. This truck is awesome. I drive it almost daily. I've been to North Georgia with it three times since the rebuild. The 4x4 works great. I've bypassed all the vacuum actuated portions of it. This is a 27 year old vehicle (178k on the clock), so it's not perfect, but it's in fairly decent shape and very functional. the interior is in good shape. I have seat covers on, but that's mostly to protect the seats. I'm selling because I'm looking to buy a 15 passenger van to convert in to a camper (up for trades!). I have most of the receipts for all the items listed below.
- Rebuilt engine (about 4000 miles on rebuild)
o Block: cleaned, decked and bored (0.02")
o Head: Valves lapped and adjusted
o Injectors cleaned and refurbished
o New: all gaskets and seals, head bolts, oil pump (Aisin), water pump kit and timing belt (gates), distributor, coil, plugs and wires, pistons, bearings and thrust washers, rings, crankshaft pulley, fuel pressure regulator and dampner, gas tank, fuel pump, fuel filter, pcv valve, cold start valve (csv) and csv Temp sender, Air intake hose, lots of heater and coolant hoses, Radiator fan clutch bearing bracket (Aisin), speedometer cable, e-brake cable
- Drive line
o Flywheel turned
o New: transmission and engine mounts, clutch and pressure plate set (Aisin), clutch slave cylinder, U-joints on drive shaft (Moog), CV axels, Shocks (Ranchero 9000), Stabilizer bar link, rear springs (moog) with 1.25" lift (Daystar)
- Trail Gear rock sliders
- Pioneer DEH-X6700BT radio with CD, USB, Bluetooth and Aux. in
- Extra rear window, Chilton and PDF of Toyota repair manual, and other random parts
- Tires: Falken- Rocky Mountains with plenty of tread left.
- Updated headlights with H4 conversion kit and relay wiring harness
- The bad: No functional AC. The compressor is there- I was told it was rebuilt at some point, but never hooked up. It is missing one line.
