I’m about to buy a 5th gen so it's time to part ways with my 3rd gen. I've owned it for almost 9 years and it's been nothing but reliable

The Good/New:
New Lower Ball Joints 9/22/17 (both sides, OEM)
New Outer Tie Rods 9/22/17 (both sides)
New Wipers (August '17)
Fresh Oil change (9/30/17)
Registration paid for the whole next year (Oct '18)
Alignment performed 9/25/17 with 6 month warranty
New Starter (I think I put this in about 8 months ago)
New Stereo with Bluetooth streaming installed Spring '17 (still have the manual)
A/C blows cold
California car no rust
No Accidents
The not as good:
Clear coat on horizontal surfaces is pretty much toast
Driver's seat left bolster is very worn/torn
Sunroof functions only as an overhead window…. it does not open
Few dents/small scratches
I also installed a CB/PA Radio in the ash tray slot back when I was in high school. I bought it for the PA system and never hooked up an antenna for the radio. Then the smog shop took my speaker out of the engine compartment years later and I never got around to reinstalling it and eventually lost the speaker. It still turns on and works fine, just needs an antenna or speaker hooked up to it to function as it was intended.
I've always wanted to mod it but never committed. Other than the head unit (which I still have the original), and the CB/PA, this thing is stock. This has been an awesome car for all my pursuits and adventures. Surfing, camping, skiing, road tripping... You name it and this car is up for the task, but you probably already knew that.

Not entirely sure how to price this because mechanically it’s in good shape, but cosmetically it needs a little love. I just want a fair deal for everybody. Feel free to chime in.
