This was out of my old 2000 4runner sr5
May work on many other model toyota, could be an upgrade depending on what model you have, no wires included, should be plug and play if you still have your stock harness in your car

Blemishes on a few buttons including 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and the FM12 also SCAN has a small smudge, otherwise great shape
Includes working AMP also
