Raise your 3rd gen's armrest about 2". I tried this on my 2002 but found it was a little high for my liking. It's a little darker than the factory console (grey interior), but the contrast is nice. Definitely doesn't look out of place.
Armrest is from an Isuzu Rodeo. Grey vinyl in excellent shape. The Rodeo I pulled it from at a junkyard only had 75k on it and was really clean. All I did was wipe it down with a vinyl cleaner. Appeared to be a nonsmoker vehicle - and I am not a smoker either.
