I have a K&N CAI (57-9015-1 - K&N 57 Series FIPK, Performance Intake Kit). Completely bolt in setup, filter, intake tube, couplers, mounting brackets, hose clamps, and heat shield. Asking $100 plus shipping, located in Logan UT (northern Utah).
You could arguably say there was a power increase, mainly it sounds awesome when you get on the throttle. I do NOT recommend this if you do lots of mudding or more specifically puddle bashing. I sucked water in from hitting deep puddles at 25+ mph offroad, and concluded this intake doesn't suit what I like to do with the truck. Otherwise it worked fine.
This filter requires oiling, I do not have my oil kit with me at my new house so the filter will need to be oiled. The filter does have some cosmetic damage (the wiring is bent) on one half, it doesn't impede anything and the filter can be rotated so it's not visible.
