FS: 3rd Gen misc parts, occasional freebies, and your "parts requests" - LA area
I have a bunch of items for sale, see below. I'll throw in the occasional freebie too.
I visit the local junkyards frequently. So if you need something and are not in a huge hurry, and it's shippable or local pickup, please let me know and I'll keep an eye out.
Note - unfortunately based on some bad experiences recently, I am going to implement a few rules for this approach, please read them before asking:

If you do need something that meets the above, then please provide the following when requesting:
If I decide that I can get you the part, and we're good on the price, I will ask for a 75% Paypal deposit upfront. Again, I got too many parts that people flaked out on, I don't want to be adding to my collection. If I can't find the part, I'll give you a 100% refund, not going to charge you for my time.

- '99-02 Driver headlight with mounting bucket (great upgrade for '96-98)

- Rear cupholder assembly oak (fully intact and functional) [SOLD]

- Nothing under $30, not worth my time;
- Nothing that takes more than 5-10 minutes to remove (I'm willing to grab something easy, but not to dismantle things);
- Nothing that requires climbing under the truck (I don't trust those stands they use)
- Only ask for things that you decided you want, not a "maybe" (I have enough of a collection of parts I got for folks who later decided they actually didn't need them).
If you do need something that meets the above, then please provide the following when requesting:
- Part you need (be specific - "rear leather oak headrest" is good, "seat belt" is not good)
- Years and models that will work (e.g. 3.4, '96-98, Limited, etc)
- What condition you're willing to accept (be specific)
- How much you're willing to pay for it (search Ebay, I will always beat their prices for comparable items)
- Please provide contact info, preferably a cell number where I can text you. I often need a confirmation when I find a part, and PM does not work then

. Then someone on this board told me that they are useful for trail spares, so I went dumpster diving to retrieve them. I would not put them on anything you plan to drive regularly, but they work as spares in a pinch.
