Hi all, have this laying around and I decided it's not going to be part of my build anymore...It's from my dad's 2002 SR5 4wd. Saved it when he got rid of the truck along with the floor mats. Retract works well. All the felt is minty. I don't ever recall him using it; potential to hide gifts at some point, but it's tan and has no marks on it. Anyone interested?

Yes, I will ship. I am sure a rigid cardboard tube will protect the plastic ends. Also the ends aren't that fragile from what I can tell, however only the carriers know what horrendous acts take place in transit, so I will likely insure the item.

It's kind of a crapshoot as far as damage in shipping IMO. Sometimes items make it from China to my house in FL, no issue. And some domestic items arrive as if they were dragged behind the truck or at the bottom of the pile in a cargo plane... good thing I have experience making crates... I am sure good dampening inside and a rigid tube should hold up.

That will be the key to a successful delivery.
I ordered a cover, the box was satisfactory, packing was not. Cover slid horizontally freely in the box during shipping breaking the plastic ends.
