I retrofitted these headlights using parts from theretrofitsource.com
They are the bi-xenon mini d2s projectors with E-46R projector shrouds over them. When you high beam, it opens a solenoid in the projector; exposing the full beam pattern. They have 35w d2s bulbs in them but I would replace them. The wire harness and ballasts are not included. The wire harness is only $35 and is found here:

The only reason I built new ones is because I wanted the inside black to match the new look of my 4runner. $250 plus shipping.
