This tan cargo cover is in good condition overall. I quickly wiped it down with water and it looks like you see here in the photos. There are still some relatively minor stains and marks that may come out with soap or another cleaning solution.
Make sure that you have the brackets for the square mounts - the round brackets will not work. 1996-2000 should have square brackets and 2001-2002 should have round brackets. I switched mine out so don't just go by the model year. There are no chips or cracks in the square mounts on this one.
All 4 tabs that connect to the headrests are there. The cover retracts like it should. Everything is complete with this cargo cover. The tailgate side edger (with the handle) droops slightly in the center as you can see in the photos.
