3rd gen aftermarket third row seat in tan vinyl in very good condition. Bought from Your source for SUV third and fourth row seats - Little Passenger Seats It was close to $800 when we bought it. Their site has the DOT approval and the safety specs. Has seat belts for 3, the 2 outer with shoulder belts and the center with just a lap belt. It can be mounted facing front or rear interchangeably. 2 steel plates bolt to the underside of the floor & stay in place when the seat is taken out of you need to use the whole cargo area. Rear facing worked better for us, it was easier to get the kids in & out and if you had room to put a few things back there. 4 bolts hold the seat in. Asking $225 plus FedEx shipping from the Reading PA area. About 70lbs.

Fairly old thread. I have one that's gray cloth with lap belts if you'd be interested. Shipping to TX might be a bit hard but I could figure it out.
