This is a full set of FJ springs and Bilstein 5100 Shocks for 4th Gen 4runner.

The rear components are all NEW, never installed. The front components were purchased new by me in Dec 2015 and have 13,264 miles on them. No issues just upgraded to 6112's.

Hey man, I've got a 2007 4Runner Sport, and I'm not the most knowledgeable when it comes to suspension. I know I currently have XREAS system, and it's nine years old, and I would like to get like 2 or 2.5 inch in lift. Would this work for me? What do the 5100's give for lift?

You can get the lift your looking for from the adjustable front 5100's. the rear will only gain .50 -.75" lift from the FJ Springs. You would need a spacer with rear springs to match front lift.
