This was a pull out from a totalled 4Runner. Exterior condition looks good. See pix.

4WD Transfer Case Control Computer 89530-35291 Fits 03-09 Toyota 4 Runner V-8

This part is supposed to fit these makes and models:
4 RUNNER 03-09 Transfer Case; (RH kick panel), 8 cylinder
4.7L 4650CC 284Cu. In. V8 GAS DOHC Naturally Aspirated.

I can't test it so no warranty and no returns. Does not work in V-6 models.

Short answer is "no". My module is for the transfer case. I did a quick read on DAC and it seems to be tied into the "Skid Control ECU". I would suggest starting a discussion in a new thread and we can all help you research the problem. Once you start the thread post your link here.
