I have a Prinsu Full Length Rack available for sale in the Bay Area, local pickup only. $870, includes the rack, noise reducing trim and 8 tie downs.
I assembled the rack, but never installed it. There is nothing wrong with the rack, I just decided to go a different route.
You can disassemble the rack for easy transport. The crossbars are 47" can fit in the back of your 4runner with the rear seats folded down. The side rails are about 92.5" long and would fit the length of your cargo area to the front seat.
