FS: '94 SR5 V6 4WD 4Runner (105k Miles)

I'm trying to help my parents sell their 4Runner...They're located in Central NJ...The Used Car Appraiser through Edmunds.com listed three different sales catagories:

Trade-In @ $4,723 - Private Party @ $5,978 - Dealer Retail @ $8260

The asking price is $5,800, of course the price is negotiable.

1994 Toyota 4Runner 4Dr SR5 V6 4WD (105k Miles): Dark Green Exterior, Roof Rack, Power Exterior Mirrors, Privacy Glass, Chrome Bumpers, Air Conditioning, Power Antenna (New), Leather Steering Wheel Trim, Alloy Wheels, Camper/Towing Package, Power Windows, Trailer Hitch, Power Door Locks, Anti-Theft Alarm System (Aftermarket - Pursuit), Premium Audio System, Brush Guard, Power Moonroof, Rear Heater, Cruise Control, Running Boards, 4-Speed Automatic Transmission, Rear Wind Deflector, AM/FM/Cassette Audio System

Aftermarket Hella Fog Lamps with custom in-dash switch have been added to the brush guard, but have been temporarily disconnected. One Fog Light has a cracked Lens, see front view pic. Recent work done to the 4Runner approximately 5k miles ago: New Brakes, idler arms, tie rods, Pitman arms, shocks & new tires.
