I've got two 1999/2000 base/SR5 moon mist front seat bottom cushion assemblies. Both are passenger side with airbag sensor, but can be used on drivers side. (you just don't plug it in) Leftovers from my seat rebuild.
No rips or stains (they have been cleaned), foam is good, the only light wear starting is on the right outer edge, in close ups. If your drivers side is trashed/hammered this is what you need.
