Measures 8.2ft x 8.2ft when deployed.

Comes with:
(3) Awning brackets
(4) Metal Stakes
Guy line rope
Awning has no tears or holes
Cover has 2 small holes that are patched with silicone.
Located in Southern California Orange County. Pickup only, too big to ship.
