They are from ebay premade CFL halos

I was able to save my Halos I made from a recent accident.

they are not orion V2 but those halo rings are 200 just for the halo rings

When I cleaned them the other day with a paper towel and windex I noticed some clear coat looking overspray on the bottom edge of them. When the girl wrecked the truck the body shop must have not taped them up well. They were brand new in july of this year. Never even used the halos.

I think they are fine and can be cleaned off or polished off
