CBI no longer makes this. It folds down for hatch access. The hole for the pin has play, so I drilled a hole and use a SS bolt. Still allows you to use the 2" receiver with a pass through. Has a plate that allows you to mount the hi-lift horizontally. Works great just upgrading to a full rear bumper with a swingout. Pickup on Long Islnd,NY. $250 firm.
