This is from my recently sold 5th gen 4Runner--- This sounded awesome when you wanted to open it up for that roar but cruising no clue... honestly my wife didn't know I had it for almost 5 months cause it is like stock unless open up the throttle... I didn't drive my truck that hard all the time... mileage improved a few... one of the small bushings tore during removal(the one that threads in the wheel well top seized in there... The unit will install without but I will contact K&N for a new one for the buyer
