This has never been used. Bought it back when I thought I would use it to access a roof rack. Never got the rack, and have since replaced rear bumper, so I'll never use it.

I am in Iowa, but have some family in Irving. Would you be okay if I set it up on my end to have you meet them that way no need to worry about shipping?
