Toyota OEM part number Right Backing Plate 47043-35190
Will fit 2000-2002 4Runner (and many other years/models check with your dealer). Bought off fleabay for my Tacoma but there was a model year split and I was on the wrong side :doh: just trying to get back out of them about what I paid.

Could it be these backing plates are for the Tacomas with the e-brake routed on the back of the axle vs. the top of the axle? Just food for thought. GLWS

That was the issue with why they didn't fit my Tacoma. Where the ebrake bell crank mounts was in the wrong location. Just looked up application notes again, note that Tacoma date is 09/2002 build date and newer:
