Rare OEM JDM Hilux Surf spoiler with Fold out power mirror for sale - Asking $300 Located in Torrance, CA
Will require you to drill into your rear hatch. Will work for all third gen 4runners.
There are articles online on how to get the fold out mirror to work on the USDM 4Runners.

Condition is used

Brake light and mirror were tested and working before it was pulled.

Looks like [MENTION=112299]Formidable[/MENTION] had to have someone custom cut his rack in the rear. Looks good.
