FS: OME 890 Coils 3rd Gen 4Runner

I've got a set of OME 890 coils for sale. They are about 2 years old, I bought them new from Wheelers Offroad. I've since installed LC coils and these are just sitting in the garage. $100.00 + shipping. Shipping will be no more that $20. If it's more I'll pay the difference. They will be shipped from 93536.

Were the 890's a direct fit to stock gear on 3rd Gen's ? Would you happen to know how much lift if any is giving when installing these coils ?

Yes the OME 890's are direct replacements for the rear coils and provides approx 3" of lift over the 96-02 stock springs except 99 rear coils. This is what I have for my rears.

You will need a matching front lift via spacers or the more recommended lift spring kit. 881 front coils are the common counterpart of the 890's.

Just curious because I'm looking into coils too, but why did you go to LC coils? I've ready they tend to sag under load.

That's not why I went to LC coils. When I installed the Tokico LC shocks the extra articulation would result in the OME 890 falling out since the shock is the droop stop for the rear. I don't notice much sag. I had 220 lbs of tire in the rear of my truck and the rear went down maybe 1". Now with gear hanging off the back it may be a different story, I can' speak on behalf of that.
