Not exactly sure on the miles. We got the truck with the lift on it and it had 58k on it. Is that number on the springs somewhere?
 
I think your best bet on finding out the specs are to remove the kit then measure the springs. The OME springs numbers are based on the length and I think it will be hard to sell them without all of the specs since people normally have an exact setup in mind.
 
check around the springs (front/rear) it may still have the sticker around the coil to let you know whether they are 884, 885, 886 etc.
