About 1 month of use, perfect condition.

Pardon my ignorance, but do the coils provide any lift?

I'm looking for a set of coils that are 'stiffer' than stock, but do NOT lift the truck at all. Reason being, I'd like to keep my back end from sagging when I'm towing. But I don't want/need a lift.

Yes, OME provides lift.
 
The OME's do provide a lift; but you could remove some of the coil (saw it off) and have what ever ride height you want. The spring rate of the coils is still stiffer than stock.
 
Why didn't you like them?? I saw on the other site that you were thinking about getting rid of the SAW's. I would love to buy them but about to buy some expense ring that I don't even get to own haha.

Because I am either going Icons instead, or getting SAW's to match the front.

DONT CUT SPRINGS thats how you completely ruin any sort of support from them. When your cutting them it makes heat which will warp the end that you cut. Thus making your springs weak and could fail on you.

p.s thats what all the honda kids used to do until they realized it was harmful rather than helpful!
