are the tail light lenses in good condition? if so how much do you want for them?
is the lead part of the center console in good condition? if so how much for the whole back section?

Driver's mirror is kinda whacked. I'll try and get you a picture to show you what I mean (mirror glass is definitely cracked, the body...you'll see).
The one lense is cracked unfortunately. Centre console lid is broken, not sure of the wiring integrity for the rear gate but I will try and test the switch.

Does it have the inclinometer?
Unfortunately no, I haven't been able to score a truck yet that has.
Will get you a picture of that later (will look into shipping as well).
If you are still looking for the switch let me know. I threw up some pictures of the tails.
It does have power locks but I am not sure if the relay or switch is bad. The driver's door works but the passenger locks but doesn't unlock via the switch.

infamousRNR I can't see the roll bar being less than 80-100 to ship but I'll try and get a quote when I pull it (hopefully tomorrow).
