Yes, you need to have the wireless headsets, and a remote that will control the rear audio system. Once you have everything, just turn on the headsets and the remote controls the pre-selected AM/FM radio stations, CD player, or cassette. The audio played to the headsets is different that what's played up front for the driver/front pass... you can have two systems going at once. The only problem I ever had was when my daughter wanted to listen to a different CD than what I had selected.
