Lightly used Slee Offroad Hi-Lift Mounts. These are very HEAVY DUTY and secure the jack to any 1" cross bars. Uses Yakima round bar mounts so these will work on great on loadwarrior racks, crossbars, etc. To my knowledge these are no longer in production and as you know top quality from Slee!
