Would that radio still fit in an 87' 4runner ? I am looking for the stock radio for mine because one of the previous owners ripped the original out.

I would be surprised if it did. Ask a dealer near you, maybe they can answer.

Thats okay, I think it will fit because of where I want to put it in the lower dash there is nothing but room.as I mentioned before the PO had taken it all out. I am not sure how or what was configured there, but now there is this square gaping hole that I think would look good with the radio in there. So Let me know what it will take for the whole price with the shipping to hurricane Utah and I will zip you the Money if you still have the radio..Okay.

The radio is still available and boxed ready to go. There are no brackets on the outside of this radio. Do you still have yours ? If not then you will need to pick up
some.

Scoutpi1 - Not only is it about 2" too wide but it is also too deep and would hit the heat vent. I'd stick with one from a Yota up til about '97. Even then if it is a double DIN it will interfer with the heat duct at the bottom.

That's Okay I have got it covered,and it will fit just fine. As I mentioned before, the previous owner ripped it all out. So I have to fabricate a "SPECIAL" housing anyway..Which is no problem because of where I work in a sign shop.
