This weekend I found three cup holder inserts. About 5% of the 3rd Gens that you will look at in a salvage yard will have these in them. Of course, if you are only looking at 96-98 4Runners that percentage will drop to Zero
. These are very hard to find - most of the time they are missing. These OEM rubber inserts are the finishing touch of a very visible part of your center console. They keep your cup holders clean and separate the two compartments. You can easily lift them out for cleaning with the rectangular block in the center.
I scrub these with soap and an old toothbrush for a minute to get them presentable for a photo. I got a little lazy - they will clean up even better than this. They will probably look great if you use different cleaning products.
Price for cup holder inserts:
$14 plus $3.95 shipping for a total of $17.95 each. This includes USPS tracking.

Here is a more recent photo of cup holder "C". All I did is spend more time scrubbing it with a toothbrush.
