$45 plus shipping of $5 I was thinking, unless it is to somewhere that is for whatever reason very expensive to ship to? Whatever is reasonable...

They are 1/2 inch (can Google TOP1-T):

(2) 25912 top plate spacers
(1) 25996 (6 top plate studs)
