I have a cover for the TRD CAI. It is aluminum. Its in good shape. I have plasti dipped it black at the moment but can peel it off any time. I plastidipped it because the aluminum was showing a bit of tarnish. Functionally perfect. I will include 6 stainless steel screws. Picture here with only 5 screws but I found all the hardware.

I got a custom milled aluminum one from "Coupe". He is a member on Tacomaworld and he makes custom aluminum TRD stuff. Honestly it was totally not necessary and kindof a waste of money, but its custom made and only a few exist and its very nice, so I impulsively went for it. The one I have is perfect and functional.
