And I had the double decker storage unit, but the liner fits on top of the double decker part, it does not go under it with the upper part folded down.

It fits between the wheel well humps in the back of the 4 runner, but it goes from the front to the back of the cargo area. I think it was made for a single level storage system, Considering the price im selling at, you are getting it for free. and then some.

I would take a picture, but I don't own my 4runner any more...
 
It is not that small. It there is only about a 2 to 3 inch gap between the liner and the back of the seat. I have my double decker storage down and you can barely tell. It does the job.
