You can't just download entire books with a couple of clicks. It's designed to let you browse the manuals during your subscription. However, for the model years that are in PDF files (1-3 pages per file), people have downloaded all of the PDF files within 24 hours.
They just went to an HTML-based format rather than purely PDF, but I think that only affects more recent model years.
If you do find an FSM online or find CD's such as on eBay, this Web site is the original source of the material and someone downloaded it all. Toyota has never sold their manuals on CD.
