I have a paper '99 (that I bought together with the car in '99). My ability to scan is limited, but I can help with something specific. Pretty much correct for your truck.

Not really. As Cordrayj1 and I know, that's actually a 2002 FSM and Toyota stopped making 5-speeds in 2000. So zero info there.

Please PM me an e-mail address. I have a test .pdf for you (just the cyl scematics). It's a new scanner, and I'm learning as I go, so be patient. If I get it right, I'll do the whole clutch chapter (20 pages). Eventually, I'll host it somewhere.

Can someone remind me which trans goes with the 5vze? W59 or the other one?

Do a google search for ncttora fsm it should come up with a link to 96-02 manuals I've used it a couple of times it was very useful.
