Fuel filter bolt

Hey guys I am new here so I apologize in advance if this has already been addressed. I searched the forums, but failed to find anything. I have a '95 6cyl 4runner and I am wanting to change the fuel filter (got this beast from my bro in law, to his knowledge it sill has oem fuel filter with 250k miles). My problem is that I cannot get one of the bolt loose, it's the bolt that goes over the fuel line that is going into the filter, not the frame bolt. Anyways, I have shot it with PB blaster, with no avail on getting it loose. When and if I finally get it to release I want to buy a new bolt. What type of bolt is this and where can I buy one? Is this going to be a dealer only item? Thank you for your help!

You won't be able to easily replace it because it's a flared fitting. You would need to cut the fuel line off and then slide on a new nut and make a new flare afterwards. Mine were also extremely tight but when I finally got them loose they were still fine. If you are having trouble getting them loose use a punch or screwdriver and pound it straight through the fuel filter so you can hold it steady while loosening the fittings
