Fuel Gauge stuck on 1/4 post fill-up

If you can get your hands on a scanner with bi-directional control you can at least see if its the gauge or wiring and not the ECU...I can command my gauge with my Autel MD906 scanner to read 1/4, 1/2,3/4 and full...pretty cool !!
