I replaced #2 injector about 2 weeks ago. Its not that bad if your handy with tools and can follow instructions. there is alot to take apart and rememeber what goes where. also remember to follow TORQUE instructions...found out the hard way on that one.
When I replaced the injector, I replaced all the gaskets and o-rings on all injectors since they were the origninals and some were not in good shape.
Total job took me about 2-3 hrs...my first time tearing an engine apart that far. Make sure you give yourself plent of time, seperate parts, look over stuff and clean them and keep bolts and washers in groups. Also helps to get out tools ahead of time.
With the new injector (rebuilt), o-rings, gromets and 2 other gaskets, I think I spent about $130 total.
Hope this helps. Search on other forums, there are some detailed instructions on how to do it.
Good Luck
Bob
