Full Cargo Liner for 2007

I've done a search on this forum and found nothing that was recent.

I am looking for a cargo liner for my new 2007 4runner that will not only cover the back cargo area but also the backside of the back seats. I haul lots of equipment in hard cases and need something to protect the carpet. I've seen the canvas ones but I'm more interested in a rubber or plastic one. I think the canvas would bunch up and eventually rip. I dont need those ones with lips on them either. Just need something flat, that will stay put and cover the entire area when the back seats are folded down.

Here are the only things I found that come close but they either dont meet the "cover the back seats" or "not the right material" criteria.

I was considering getting a truck bed liner and custom cutting it to fit. Any other ideas?
