Full Underbody Cleaning Q's (??)

I am planning to clean the ENTIRE under-body of my 91 4Runner, cause I know MUD is not good being caked up under there. I'm going to use a high pressure heated washer, w/ soap and degreaser. I plan on changing out the diff's fluid and the t-case fluid while im under there. Also, I want to re-grease everything that needs it.

Questions: What gear fluid is recommended for the diff's/t-case?

What kind of grease should I use?

Any other special areas I should pay close attention too? (ie: any place i shouldn't point the water? Any thing i need to watch out with the HEATED washer (ITS REAL HOT!)?

Bump....has anyone every cleaned their truck? Im the kind of person that carries an air horn around to scare off the birds on over hanging power lines/tree limbs....the poo is bad!
