Fuse box clicking consistently

I went out to the car today and noticed that my car sounded like it was about to explode! I was like WTH?!?! So I pop the hood and take off the fuse box and this red box is clicking, almost like the solenoid was engaging and then disengaging... so I charged up the battery and then it stopped. Any ideas on what's wrong? I don't want it to drain my battery again while I'm in the middle of nowhere...

Thanks, Jordan

Sounds like a bad relay. Go to Checkers, Napa... and get another one. Until then, remove the relay and reinstall when ready to drive.

I was thinking that, but it almost seems like it has something to do with the ignition because it's clicking when the key is not in the ignition, and stops when I turn it on. Almost like it's bouncing back and forth between aceessory and on...

figure out what relay it is and test the terminal locations in the fuse box to determine if it is being triggered, or if it is actually a bad relay.
