Fuse choice to run USB wiring

What's the most appropriate choice fuse on our trucks to run wire for a couple of USB chargers? I don't want them powered when the power is not on.
I'm looking at the fuse box and I know which ones I don't want to to tap onto, but I'm not sure which one of the rest to pick for the job.

Ask this question different ways and you should get opinions as lots of owners add electrical accessories.
The model and year of your runner will help.

I think the wiring harness is the same for -say example - a SR5 without heated seats. So find the fuse box for heated seats then see if a wire plug exists under the seat. Then see if adding a fuse into the unfused seat heater spot provides power under the seat. So study all the fuses in: a) the under hood fuse box and b) cabin fuse box and look for accessories not installed (for a key on accessory) that have a fuse location in the box.
Or some owners use a fuse tap on a key-on circuit. But, sometimes this prevents the closing of the fuse box lid.

I used a Bussman Tap a Fuse from Advance Auto for something, maybe my Sirius head unit, maybe something else. It's been a long time but I don't recall having any problems with clearance. I'll check it later and see.

I used a blank switch right in front of the armrest and just tapped into the 12v outlet a couple inches away. <5 minute install and it's on a switched circuit already.

That's what I did. I have one USB charger wired to the cigarette lighter that shuts off with the 4Runner, then another one that is fused inline that connects to my secondary battery that is always on for use while camping/parked.
