Fuse or Bulb - Interior Panel Not Lit Up!

Last night when I started my 07 4Runner I noticed that the left side of my main light panel was burnt out. The panel is the one in the middle that displays the time, fuel mileage statistics, etc. The right side is lit up fine, the left side is completely dark.

I checked through the manual and found the listing of fuses, but found the list to be a bit exhaustive. Does anyone know which fuse this would be and, if it's not the fuse, is the only other option a burnt out bulb?

Anyone with any experience with this: your help is appreciated!

It's the bulb.
If it was a fuse none of them would light.
